2021 Black History Month Event Success

We hosted our 2nd FutureProof Virtual Summit sponsored by The Coca-Cola Company. We at Crowned Marketing & Communications know that Black Business is Black History, so we created this event to celebrate black businesses during Black History Month. We had over 400 people attend live and over 1,200 replays.

Pitch Contest Winner

Our President, Courtney McKenzie Newell won the Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Pitch Competition at the 42nd Annual NMSDC Annual Conference & Expo. Courtney competed against 17 millennial entrepreneurs, coming in first place. She won a scholarship to the very prestigious Dartmouth Tuck School of Business Executive MBE program (value $7500) and new iPad sponsored by Apple as well as a $500 gas gift card sponsored by Shell. We are very proud of Courtney and her amazing achievement.
